The mandate
We are looking for a Head of Product with 8+ years of experience to own product at the organization, the platform for Individual AI. You'll decide what gets built, when it ships and whether it works. You'll be a builder who has gone from zero to one at an AI startup and still runs delivery hands-on. You'll report to our CEO, Rob LoCascio, founder of LivePerson, and work closely with our CTO and Head of Go-to-Market.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap across our Individual, Professional and enterprise/government products, and write specs engineering can act on
- Run the build: set timelines, manage releases and keep one ranked bug list so what we promise ships
- Lead product design and grow the marketplace so Individuals keep coming back and Professionals earn
- Turn client requests into roadmap decisions and meet enterprise privacy, security and audit requirements
- Measure whether each release worked, then hire and build the product team as we grow
