The mandate
Lead a customer-facing technical deployment team that turns AI agents into measurable enterprise outcomes. Combine technical delivery, customer strategy and commercial ownership across multiple concurrent deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of forward-deployed engineers and AI product specialists.
- Own implementation, optimization and expansion across customer deployments.
- Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Translate field feedback into product improvements and repeatable deployment playbooks.
- Partner with product, engineering and customer success to improve adoption and outcomes.
What you bring
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, deployment strategy or technical product roles at a high-growth startup.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level customers on technical and commercial topics.
- Working understanding of AI/LLMs, APIs, data integrations and data analysis.
- 2+ years leading a technical customer-facing team or equivalent leadership experience.
- Must be based in or actively relocating to New York City.
Location & engagement details
New York City, NY · Hybrid
Full-time. Hybrid, with Tuesday–Thursday in office. Visa transfers may be considered. Relocation may be available. Competitive equity and performance bonus.
